1Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, registering with, or utilizing the YUKO mobile application or web portal (operated by NAVIE LABS LIMITED (RC: 6876732), incorporated in Nigeria), you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must refrain from creating an account or depositing funds.

2Eligibility & Identity Verification (KYC)

To participate in real-money games on YUKO, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You reside within Nigeria and possess a valid Nigerian mobile phone number and bank account.
• You have provided genuine, accurate identity credentials. Pursuant to Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) regulations, Tier 1 identity verification requires Bank Verification Number (BVN) or National Identity Number (NIN) confirmation.
• You operate only one personal account. Duplicate or multiple accounts operated by a single person are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate forfeiture of balances.

3Wallet Currency, Stakes & Payouts

YUKO utilizes an internal wallet balance unit termed YU:

• Fixed Parity: 1 YU = ₦1.00 (One Nigerian Naira). No conversion spreads or hidden platform deposit fees apply.
• Deposits: Funds are deposited via licensed payment processors (Paystack). Minimum deposit is ₦1,000 (1,000 YU).
• Skill Payouts:
  • Solo Trivia (Simple): 10 questions in 120 seconds. 10/10 correct awards 3× your stake.
  • Solo Trivia (Extreme): 10 questions in 120 seconds. 10/10 correct awards 10× your stake.
  • Challenge (1v1 Duel): Head-to-head live trivia match. Winner takes 90% of the combined pot (10% platform facilitation rake).
  • 3x Assist: Cooperative 2-player mode. Both players answer 5 questions; perfect score awards 3× stake.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawable balance includes winnings and unspent deposited funds after meeting standard 1× playthrough requirement to prevent financial abuse. Payouts are transferred automatically to verified Nigerian commercial bank accounts.

4Fair Play, Anti-Cheating & Integrity

YUKO maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent behavior or automated interference. Our platform actively employs proprietary anti-cheat mechanisms:

• Strict prohibition of automated bots, scraping, emulator scripts, or AI answering tools.
• Matchmaking anti-collusion: Players sharing identical IP addresses, geographic proximity, or historical device fingerprints cannot match against each other in ranked duels.
• Any account caught manipulating latency, exploiting software errors, or engaging in match-fixing will be banned with immediate forfeiture of stakes.

5Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

We are dedicated to sustainable and entertaining gaming. Players can establish personal limits at any time in the Responsible Gaming settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on fund deposits.
• Stake Limits: Strict single-bet and cumulative 24-hour stake ceilings. Once your stake limit is reached, gameplay is automatically blocked.
• Time-Out & Self-Exclusion: Players can pause their account for 24 hours, 1 week, 6 weeks, or self-exclude for 6+ months. During a break, game participation and deposits are paused while withdrawal of existing funds remains accessible.

6Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with YUKO operations that cannot be amicably settled through our Customer Support shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
